why is my candle or melt fading?
wax products made with 100% soy wax tend to fade or frost overtime. this will not effect the quality or scent of your product. however, always remember to avoid storing any products in direct sunlight.
what are phthalates?
phthalates can be found in fragrance oils. as candles burn or wax melts, phthalates are released into the air where they may be inhaled or absorbed through the skin. once they enter the bloodstream, they can aggravate allergy and asthma symptoms in some people.
all of our fragrances are phthalate free.
coconut soy wax vs paraffin wax
paraffin wax is cheaper and has a higher fragrance throw, but also adds countless toxins into the air you breathe as you burn and melt.
we choose wax with a conscious effort to care for our customers and the world we live in.
why does my product not have a strong scent?
keep in mind that candles and melts can not fill your entire house with fragrance. in a larger room, you may need more than one candle or melter. also, take note of date the candle was hand poured (information is provided with product). we suggest to wait two weeks before your first burn or melt.
